Requirements

Responsibilities include:

Managing and directing plant operations to ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards.
Supervising and supporting plant staff in daily operations, maintenance, and safety.
Maintaining accurate operational records and reports.
Coordinating with city officials, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Implementing best practices for efficient and reliable water and wastewater treatment.

Qualifications:

EPA Class B Water License and Class 2 Wastewater License required, or the ability to obtain both within a reasonable time frame.
Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Should reside within 30 minutes of Hinckley, IL
