Duties: Under direction of the Director of Human Resources, assists in the management of the human resources programs of the District.
Salary/Pay Plans
The salary listed above is Step 1 in a structured pay plan. At 6 months of employment with the District, the salary will increase to Step 2: $171,000.70. At 18 months, the salary will increase to Step 3: $181,364.30. There are 9 total steps for TAM 20 of the pay plan (view full pay plan). These increases are based on service time in the job classification and require a 'Meets Standard' performance rating.
Requirements
Application Submission Information
Minimum Requirements: Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university majoring in human resources administration, industrial relations, public administration or a related field and eight years of progressively responsible technical and administrative experience in human resources, four years of which must have been at an administrative or supervisory level. Substitution: Full time graduate study in a pertinent field may be substituted for the non-supervisory experience on a year-for-year basis.

- Assisting in all Human Resource management practices including employee recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, labor and employee relations, training and administration

- Oversight or assistance in the management of Human Resources initiatives related to an organizational or strategic plan
